I have over 12 years of experience as a Generalist HR Practitioner in the Corporate arena. I obtained my B.Com with specialisation in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. My expertise includes amongst others Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, HR Administration, Formulation of Policies and Procedures, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, and Change Management. I established Comprehensive HR Solutions during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.
My passion is to support business owners to optimise business potential through Human Resources.

PAYROLL PROCESSING.
We process payroll as either a once-off service or on retainer, including but not limited to design and implementation of effective payroll processes. We are familiar with Sage 300, Sage VIP Classic, and Premier.
RECRUITMENT SERVICES.
Placement of potential candidates matching organisational culture and job skills is essential. We will assist you with advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and vetting potential candidates. We collaborate with the Shadowmatch Platform to match your strongest performers to a potential candidate enabling you to place the right person for the job.
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS.
Expert advice is offered on the governance of the relationship between the organisation and the employee. Chairing Disciplinary Hearings, Representation at CCMA, and governance of discipline in the workplace.
JOB PROFILING.
This service is available to assist you to effectively compile job profiles for existing and newly created vacancies. Job Profiles are the cornerstone for Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT.
Performance Management is a non-negotiable and important aspect of every organisation. This function enables managers to keep their finger on the pulse and for employees to have a set of standards to align their performance. This function also aligns with the Rewards and Recognition function.
CORPORATE WELLNESS.
